The project utilizes equipment such as the PEW jaw crusher, C6X jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Since the project began operations, the equipment has demonstrated exceptional stability. Technical and after-sales service engineers have conducted multiple follow-up visits to the site to resolve complex issues encountered during the production process.

Introduction to the Project’s Main Equipment:
1. PEW Jaw Crusher: Equipped with a fully automatic control system, it continuously monitors the actual load inside the crusher and automatically adjusts the equipment. As primary crushing equipment, it reduces large chunks of material into smaller pieces.
2. HPT Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: A high-performance crusher designed specifically for the properties of Chinese metal materials.
3. C6X Jaw Crusher: This is a highly efficient, reliable, and easy-to-maintain jaw crusher suitable for crushing rocks and ores of medium to high hardness. It is used in the secondary and tertiary crushing stages of metal mining and construction aggregate processing. Due to its strong crushing capacity and high output, it is more commonly used for crushing medium-hard materials.
4. HST Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: This is a highly efficient, versatile cone crusher suitable for crushing medium-hardness rocks and ores. Material is crushed through continuous compression and impact within the crushing chamber formed by the concave and crushing liners, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
