Coal gangue is a common industrial solid waste in coal mining areas. Stacked gangue causes land occupation and potential safety hazards. A 200TPH coal gangue modular processing line crushes waste gangue into recycled raw materials for brick making and road filling, realizing waste resource utilization.
Project Overview
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Raw Material: Coal gangue waste rock
Capacity: 200TPH
Finished Product: Recycled gangue aggregate
Process: Feeding → impact crushing → screening → stockpiling
Coal gangue features low hardness and high mud content. The production line selects anti-blocking modular impact crusher with enlarged feeding mouth to avoid material clogging. The specially designed rotor structure improves crushing efficiency for brittle gangue materials.

The whole line adopts negative-pressure dust removal system to control flying dust in dry processing. All conveyor belts are fully enclosed to prevent dust leakage, complying with South Africa's mine environmental protection regulations.
After processing, recycled gangue aggregate is widely used in mine backfilling and building brick production. The project not only reduces waste accumulation but also creates additional economic benefits for coal enterprises.
