In Chile, a country with developed infrastructure, a 300TPH basalt crushing production line has been put into operation stably, providing high-quality aggregate for local highway construction and achieving remarkable economic and social benefits.

### Project Basic Information
Project Location: Santiago, Chile

   Processing Material: Basalt (Mohs hardness 6-7, compressive strength ≥300MPa)

   Production Capacity: 300TPH (annual output 1.8 million tons)

   Finished Products: 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm aggregate (for highway pavement and bridge construction)

   Process Flow: Primary crushing → secondary crushing → tertiary shaping → screening

### Equipment Configuration & Process Advantages
The production line adopts a three-stage crushing process to ensure the quality of finished products. Primary crushing uses a large jaw crusher with a maximum feeding size of 500mm, which can efficiently crush large basalt blocks. Secondary crushing uses a hydraulic cone crusher, which has strong crushing capacity and can process materials into ≤25mm particles. Tertiary shaping uses an impact crusher, which adopts the rock-on-rock crushing principle to make the finished product particle shape cubic and uniform, with a needle flake content of ≤4%.
The whole line is equipped with a high-efficiency screening system and dust removal equipment. The multi-layer vibrating screen can separate three specifications of aggregate at one time, with a screening efficiency of ≥95%. The pulse dust collector installed at each dust-generating point ensures that the dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³, meeting the environmental protection standards of Chile.
### Operation Effect
Since its commissioning, the production line has operated stably with an average daily operation time of 18 hours and a failure rate of ≤2%. The finished aggregate has high strength and good particle shape, which fully meets the Chilean highway construction standards (ASTM C33). The project not only solves the problem of raw material supply for local highway construction but also creates a large number of local jobs, winning recognition from the local government and construction enterprises.
