60T/H Limestone Mill Production Line

Using high quality limestone as raw material, it is processed into white powder by mill. Its main component is CaCO3.

Heavy calcium has the characteristics of high whiteness, good purity, soft color and stable chemical composition. Heavy calcium is usually used as a filler, widely used in artificial floor tiles, rubber, plastic, paper, paint, paint, ink, cable, building supplies, food, medicine, textile, feed, toothpaste and other daily chemical industry, as a filler to increase the volume of products, reduce production costs.

The customer is a large-scale enterprise in Sichuan local heavy calcium powder processing. In order to increase production capacity, three MTW218G European mills are purchased.

In the field, the material is fed from the raw material library to the mill through the frequency conversion belt machine, and the finished product is discharged on a line, transported to the hoist by the screw conveyor, and finally enters the finished product material tank.

The production line has been put into operation in January 2021, with a production capacity of 60 tons per hour. In addition to the three main equipment, we are equipped with a pulse dust collector and electronic control system, the whole site layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, to achieve low dust and intelligent production.
