Southeast Asian countries have abundant limestone, dolomite and weathered stone resources, with huge market demand for medium-hard rock aggregate for highway, bridge and urban construction. Most local crushing lines have backward technology, unstable output and unqualified aggregate gradation.
SMP undertook a classic 800TPH medium-hard rock EPC turnkey aggregate project in Southeast Asia, adopting tower-type closed-circuit production process. The core equipment combination includes C6X jaw crusher for primary crushing, heavy-duty impact crusher for secondary shaping and VSI crusher for fine sand making.
SMP provided full EPC services including overall process design, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, full-line debugging and operator training. The project realizes fully automatic intelligent production, with finished aggregate fully meeting national infrastructure construction standards.
