Gansu Public Transport Construction Group selects Shibang Equipment for its 500-ton-per-hour basalt crushing and sand making project.

Lintao County in Gansu Province is rich in high-quality basalt, whose stone exhibits superior performance: a crushing value as low as 13% and a uniaxial compressive strength as high as 95 MPa, making it ideal as a key raw material for high-strength, high-performance concrete and widely used in infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, and bridges. Given the unique advantages of the raw ore and the pursuit of high-quality finished aggregates, this project imposed extremely stringent standards on the meticulous design of the crushing process and the selection of crushing equipment to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly production processes and superior quality finished aggregates that meet the demands of the high-end construction market.

After evaluation, the project ultimately adopted Shibang Group's flagship products—the C6X jaw crusher, the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and the S5X vibrating screen.

After the project is fully operational, it will continuously produce high-standard, high-quality aggregates, supplying a steady stream to major local infrastructure projects such as high-speed rail and highways, becoming a vital force in promoting local infrastructure construction.
