Granite Crushing Production Line: Creating efficient and environmentally friendly crushing and sand making solutions.
Granite, as a hard mineral, requires extremely stringent requirements for equipment, production technology, and environmental protection facilities during its crushing and pulverizing process. Against this backdrop, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly production processes has become a focus for many companies. Recently, a company in Inner Mongolia successfully implemented a granite crushing production line project, meeting its desulfurization and pulverizing needs in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
More Sand Making Project Cases
The project primarily processes granite, with a designed output of 150 T/H, an input particle size of 600mm, and an output particle size that can be adjusted to various specifications such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm, depending on requirements. The production site utilizes advanced process flow and equipment configuration to ensure efficient and stable production.
The material is first directly transported by a loader to a primary crushing mobile station for initial crushing, resulting in aggregate with a particle size of 180mm. Subsequently, the aggregate enters an impact crusher for secondary crushing, producing 60mm aggregate. Next, the aggregate is uniformly and quantitatively transported to a crawler-mounted mobile station for shaping and screening. During the screening process, aggregate larger than 20mm is returned to the impact crusher for further crushing, while other aggregate is directly output as finished product.

Notably, the NK series mobile station used in this project features flexible modular solutions to meet diverse customer needs. This series of mobile stations includes primary crushing mobile stations, secondary crushing mobile stations, and screening mobile stations, and can be widely used in various fields such as primary crushing, secondary crushing, screening, and shaping for sand production.
In addition, the production line incorporates a series of advanced technologies and equipment to improve production efficiency and environmental performance. For example, the vibrating screen uses a thin oil self-lubricating system, providing good lubrication, a long maintenance cycle, and effectively reducing maintenance and labor costs. The PE3040 jaw crusher utilizes a new technology design, offering advantages such as long service life, high crushing ratio, and convenient discharge opening adjustment, meeting the product requirements of different crushing applications.
Furthermore, the production line employs a brand-new vehicle-mounted integrated intelligent automatic control system, making the operation, maintenance, and adjustment of the crushing process more convenient and accurate. This system can monitor the operating status of the production line in real time, promptly identify and resolve potential problems, and ensure the stable operation of the production line.

The successful implementation of this project further demonstrates our technical strength and experience in the field of granite crushing and grinding. In the future, more efficient and environmentally friendly crushing and grinding solutions will be introduced to contribute to the sustainable development of the industry.
