Grinding process of heavy calcium carbonate

Heavy calcium carbonate is ground from natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble and limestone. is a commonly used powder inorganic filler, which is prepared by directly crushing natural limestone and calcite by mechanical method ( grinding equipment such as Raymond mill ). Its production methods include dry method and wet method. At present, all domestic products are produced by dry method.

Crushing:Natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone and other large pieces of material by crusher to enter the mill feeding fineness ( 15mm-50mm ).

Grinding:The small pieces of material after crushing are sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing generally uses LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill ; sand or coarse powder processing selection CM European coarse grinding, straight through centrifugal grinding.

Grading:The material after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to the host for regrinding.

Powder collection:The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
