Process Flow:


The overall scheme adopts a three-stage closed-circuit crushing system, aiming to balance the crushing ratio of each stage to achieve better crushing results. This scheme includes three stages: coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing, using different types of crushing equipment to achieve the crushing objectives of each stage.

In the fine crushing stage, the solution employs an HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher. This equipment further optimizes the crushing effect, resulting in cubical outputs and a high yield. The working principle of a multi-cylinder cone crusher is similar to that of a single-cylinder cone crusher, but the crushing effect is improved by increasing the number of cylinders and optimizing the design.


In addition, this solution also uses high-efficiency main equipment and combines multi-stage crushing and sand making and shaping processes to produce high-quality finished products with full and rounded particle shapes, meeting the requirements for high-quality aggregates. These processes and technologies make the entire crushing process more efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
