However, local lack of mature large-scale crushing line construction experience leads to unqualified product quality.
SMP undertook a 1500TPH large-scale hard rock aggregate EPC turnkey project in Kazakhstan, adopting tower-type closed-circuit production layout. The core equipment is composed of gyratory crusher for primary crushing, C6X jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing and VSI impact crusher for shaping and sand making.
SMP provided full EPC services including project design, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, personnel training and after-sales maintenance. The project realized fully automatic intelligent production, with finished aggregate cubicity up to 98%, fully meeting national highway construction standards.
This EPC project has become a benchmark case for large-scale hard rock aggregate production in Central Asia, providing mature and replicable high-standard crushing solutions for Russia, Mongolia and surrounding Belt and Road countries.
