Siberia and northern Russia have long-term extreme low-temperature weather, with the lowest temperature dropping to minus 40 degrees Celsius. Ordinary mining equipment is prone to hydraulic oil solidification, electrical component failure and structural embrittlement in low-temperature environments, unable to work normally in winter.
All SMP core mining equipment provides customized low-temperature resistant versions, including C6X jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, VSI sand making machine, tower-type crushing plant and NK/MK mobile crushing stations. The equipment is equipped with automatic heating system, low-temperature special hydraulic oil and fully sealed electrical cabin.
The reinforced structural design adapts to snow pressure and strong wind in cold regions, avoiding equipment deformation and damage. The optimized lubrication system ensures normal operation of transmission components in extreme low temperature, realizing full-year uninterrupted production.

A large number of SMP low-temperature resistant equipment have been stably operated in Siberia and northern Kazakhstan for many years, becoming the exclusive reliable mining equipment for high-latitude cold region quarry and mine projects.
Keywords: low-temperature resistant mining equipment, Russia Siberia quarry crusher, cold region crushing plant, anti-freezing mining machine, high latitude mine solution
