Most low-grade metal ore resources in Mongolia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Africa cannot generate economic value through simple crushing. Professional and scientific mineral processing flow design is the key to improving ore concentrate grade and resource utilization rate. Unreasonable process design will cause serious waste of mineral resources and low recovery rate of valuable metals.
SMP professional metal ore beneficiation flow covers complete production links: raw ore pre-crushing, staged fine crushing, grinding, separation and dehydration. The front-end crushing system adopts gyratory crusher for mega raw ore breaking, C6X jaw crusher for primary crushing and hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing, realizing full dissociation of monomer minerals in advance.
According to different ore characteristics, SMP designs exclusive separation processes: magnetic separation for iron ore, flotation separation for copper, gold and lead-zinc ore, and gravity separation for rare metal ore.
