Modular cone crushers are specially designed for medium and hard rock crushing. With standardized modular structure, hydraulic protection system and intelligent discharging adjustment, they are widely used in secondary and tertiary crushing links of aggregate production lines.
Compared with traditional integrated cone crushers, modular cone crushers support independent disassembly and container transportation. Each functional module can be separately maintained and replaced, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty. The optimized crushing cavity design improves material lamination crushing efficiency.
The hydraulic clearing system can quickly discharge blocked materials when non-crushed foreign matter enters the cavity, avoiding equipment damage. The adjustable discharge gap meets different finished particle size requirements from 10mm to 50mm.
A medium-hard rock quarry in Greece deployed two sets of modular cone crushers for secondary crushing. The modular design shortened maintenance downtime by 50%, and the lamination crushing technology reduced needle flake particle content below 3.5%.
