A project for crushing basalt and producing sand in Shibang, Gansu, Lintao, with a capacity of 500 tons per hour.

In the mining area of Lintao, Gansu Province, the rocks are predominantly basaltic. Tests showed that the crushing ratio is 13%, and the uniaxial compressive strength is 95 MPa, making it suitable for the production of high-strength concrete and construction materials for roads, tunnels, and bridges. Based on the characteristics of the ore raw materials and the need for high-quality aggregates, the project had strict requirements for crushing technology and equipment.

After evaluating the project, Shibang Group's flagship products – the C6X jaw crusher, the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and the S5X vibrating screen – were ultimately selected.

Now, high-quality aggregates meeting high standards, produced since the full-scale operation of the project, are continuously supplied for the construction of local high-speed railways and highways, contributing to the development of local infrastructure.
