Shibang Group assists in a benchmark project for a key waste resource recycling industrial park in Linyi City.

Linyi, Shandong Province, is a model city in my country that has taken the lead in responding to the national call for the recycling of waste resources. The local municipal committee and government have successively issued a series of special governance implementation plans to encourage enterprises to participate in the investment, construction, and operation of solid waste treatment and utilization projects. The "Luozhuang District Waste Resource Recycling Industrial Park" project was established against this backdrop.

The project is located in the Luozhuang Economic Development Zone of Linyi City, adjacent to the Lancao Expressway to the east and the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway to the west.  It covers an area of 110 acres and has an investment of 200 million RMB. It is built using high-standard green, intelligent, industrialized, and park-based design concepts, and is an industrial park project integrating mine tailings and construction waste treatment, a commercial concrete mixing plant, and a brick production line.

The stone production line includes a 450 t/h wet-process mine waste rock crushing and sand making production line and a 200 t/h dry-process concrete block (demolition construction waste) crushing production line. It utilizes main equipment such as new feeders, jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, sand making machines, and vibrating screens from SBM Group.

200 t/h line equipment includes: F5X feeder, PEW jaw crusher, PFW impact crusher

After crushing and screening, the waste resources produce finished materials. The finished materials are available in a full range of specifications. In addition to supplying local large construction units, some are also used in the company's own commercial concrete mixing plant and for the production of terminal recycled building materials such as recycled bricks.
