Located near the scenic Emeishan Mountains, the project has extremely strict environmental protection requirements and represents the third upgrade and reconstruction of the sand production line for Sichuan Jinding (Group) Co., Ltd.

To ensure environmental friendliness and prevent pollution, the Shibang Group technical team implemented a number of scientific pollution control methods in the project. The production line is equipped with four professional dust collectors, the belt conveyors are covered with dust-proof casings, and a spraying system is also used simultaneously for effective dust suppression. In addition, the project uses a dry production process, which avoids wastewater discharge and achieves truly environmentally friendly production.

The finished products produced in this project are mainly supplied to Xintongling Building Materials Group, a leading concrete production company in Sichuan Province, which has very high requirements for the quality of finished aggregates. To meet this demand, Shibang Group equipped the client with the latest CI5X impact crusher and VSI6X sand making machine. After the project was launched, the resulting finished aggregates are characterized by good particle shape and excellent granulometric composition, and the quality of the resulting sand is fully comparable to river sand, which ensures excellent application results. The output of each finished material can be flexibly adjusted according to market demand to meet the needs of different customers.
