The project material is silica, with a silicon content of over 99.9%, high hardness, and high abrasiveness, making processing quite challenging.  Furthermore, due to site limitations, the equipment operating space is small; and the project timeline was tight, spanning the Chinese New Year, resulting in a very compressed construction period. After fully understanding the client's various needs, a customized MK modular crushing and screening station was designed, along with an overall design of the operating area and process.  Full guidance was provided throughout the installation and commissioning process, ultimately leading to successful production.
