### Common Wastewater Treatment Processes
1. Sedimentation Tank Treatment Process: This is the most common and simple wastewater treatment process. A 250TPH sand making production line in India adopts the "sedimentation tank + filter press" combined treatment process. The wastewater generated in the sand washing process is first discharged into the sedimentation tank for preliminary sedimentation, and the supernatant is recycled for sand washing. The settled sludge is pumped into the filter press for pressing, and the filter cake is used for local road base filling. The treated wastewater is completely recycled, saving 200,000 tons of water annually, and the fine sand recovery rate reaches 90%.
