What are the reasons for the reduced output of jaw crushers?
The main reasons for reduced output of the jaw crusher during operation of a stone production line are as follows:
1. Material hardness is unqualified
If the hardness or toughness of the material being crushed exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual, a suitable crusher can be replaced or an additional crusher can be added.

2. Reversed motor wiring
If the motor wiring is reversed, the main unit will run in reverse (the moving jaw rotates clockwise), or the motor may be connected in a star configuration instead of a delta connection. If the motor wiring is found to be reversed, the motor wiring can be reversed.
3. Discharge opening is smaller than specified
If the output of the jaw crusher does not reach the factory standard, it may be because the discharge opening is smaller than the specified limit. In this case, the discharge opening should be adjusted. 4. Jaw Plate Displacement
This may be due to jaw plate displacement, causing tooth tips to align. Immediately check the tooth pitch; if it does not meet the standard, replace the jaw plate, adjust the relative position of the fixed and movable jaw plates, ensuring tooth tips align with tooth roots, and then tighten the clamps to prevent displacement.
5. Low On-Site Voltage
If the on-site voltage is too low, causing the jaw crusher's output to fall below the factory standard, increase the on-site voltage to meet the heavy-load requirements of the main unit.

6. Relative Rotation of Bearing Outer Rings
Excessive wear and tear between the movable jaw and the bearing can cause excessive clearance, resulting in relative rotation of the bearing outer rings. Replace the bearing or the movable jaw.
