(1) Different materials being crushed

The physical properties of materials, such as hardness, moisture content, and viscosity, significantly affect the performance of mobile crushers. Hard materials are more difficult to crush, materials with high moisture content tend to clump together, and materials with high viscosity impair flowability. These differences lead to variations in crushing efficiency and sand output.

(2) Differences in material viscosity

The viscosity of materials affects the performance of mobile crushers. High-viscosity materials tend to stick in the equipment cavity, reducing operational efficiency. To ensure efficient production, the viscosity of the materials should be considered when selecting them, ensuring that it does not exceed the equipment's capacity, thus ensuring continuous and stable machine operation.

(3) Differences in material composition

A high content of fine powder in the materials will cause sticking in the mobile crusher cavity, hindering the crushing process and reducing productivity. To ensure production efficiency, materials with excessive fine powder content should be pre-screened to remove excess fine powder and avoid negatively impacting the mobile crusher's performance. (4) Differences in material moisture content

If the material has too high a moisture content, it is prone to sticking in the crushing chamber during crushing and can easily clog it, leading to a decrease in the mobile crusher's productivity. To solve this problem, it is necessary to control the moisture content of the material during its selection. Sun or air drying can be used to reduce moisture content.

(5) Differences in the fineness of the finished sand

The higher the required fineness of the finished sand and gravel, the lower the productivity of the mobile stone crusher. If the user does not have special requirements, the fineness of grinding of the mobile stone crusher can be adjusted to medium-fine depending on actual needs.
