Why did China Power Construction Guangdong choose Shibang as a partner for its 30 million tons per year sand and gravel production project?
Recently, six SBM HST hydraulic cone crushers were installed as part of a aggregates production project by China Power Construction in Guangdong Province, primarily due to the high quality and excellent after-sales service of SBM Group's products.
The China Power Construction Yangxi project is a model project for environmentally friendly mining and construction materials production in the Yangjiang region. It integrates several stages, including mining, transportation, processing, and sales, forming a complete base for the production of environmentally friendly construction materials. The project boasts vast resource reserves of approximately 200 million tons, with a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan, encompassing mineral extraction, aggregate processing, and long-distance transportation systems, complemented by port facilities. Located at the strategic intersection of the Greater Bay Area, Beibu Gulf, and Hainan Free Trade Zone, the project enjoys significant geographical advantages. To the west, it connects with the cities of Maoming and Zhanjiang, and to the east, it covers cities such as Jiangmen and Zhuhai. After commissioning, it is expected to serve the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asian markets, injecting new impetus into the regional environmentally friendly construction materials industry.
The project focuses on the crushing and processing of gneiss, with a designed annual production capacity of up to 30 million tons. When selecting the main equipment, the project team strictly adhered to high standards to ensure production efficiency and product quality. Specifically, six SBM HST hydraulic cone crushers, as well as six HP500 crushers and twelve CH660 crushers, were selected for the medium and fine crushing equipment. These devices work together to crush gneiss into various size fractions, including 0-4.75 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-16 mm, and 16-26.5 mm, to meet diverse needs. The entire production line operates efficiently, producing high-quality aggregate and laying a solid foundation for the project's success.
