Why Pre-Screening Is Critical for High-Yield Crushing Lines

Many crushing lines have low comprehensive output not because of insufficient crusher capacity, but due to lack of effective pre-screening links. A large amount of fine soil, fine sand and qualified small-particle materials enter the crushing cavity repeatedly, causing ineffective crushing load.

Excessive fine materials in the crushing cavity reduce crushing efficiency, accelerate wear parts consumption and easily cause material blockage. The absence of pre-screening is the hidden reason for high energy consumption and low yield of most quarries.
