III. Equipment Configuration and Process Flow Diagram

In this project, the copper ore is first fed evenly into a PE750×1060 jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder. The primarily crushed material is then fed into an HPT300C hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, further reducing the particle size. The material then proceeds to two HPT300F hydraulic cone crushers for fine crushing until the required output particle size is achieved. Finally, the finely crushed copper ore is screened on two YZS2160 vibrating screens to separate the high-quality product with good particle shape.
The entire process is rationally designed, compact, and efficient, ensuring effective processing and full utilization of the copper ore. The high degree of automation and intelligent equipment control significantly reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency.
