Mongolia is rich in fluorite ore resources, which are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials. A 250TPH fluorite ore dressing line adopts dry-wet combined processing technology to separate high-purity fluorite concentrate from gangue minerals, meeting international industrial raw material standards.

Process: Dry crushing → grinding → flotation purification → dewatering
Considering the dry and cold climate in Mongolia, the front-end crushing section adopts dry production to avoid freezing mud accumulation. After primary and secondary crushing, materials are sent to ball mills for fine grinding to realize full dissociation of fluorite monomers.

The flotation system uses low-toxicity environmental reagents for impurity removal. Multi-stage roughing and cleaning processes effectively separate quartz and feldspar impurities. The final fluorite concentrate is dehydrated by filter press for easy storage and transportation.
The production line is equipped with cold-proof insulation system to adapt to winter low temperature. The overall ore recovery rate reaches 82%, bringing stable and continuous economic benefits to local mineral investors.
