Granite is a high-hardness rock, which is an ideal raw material for high-grade aggregate. 350TPH granite crushing production lines are widely used in large-scale quarries and infrastructure projects. A reasonable configuration scheme can ensure high production efficiency, good product quality and low operation cost.
### Configuration Principle
Granite has high hardness and strong wear resistance, so the configuration scheme should focus on "high efficiency, wear resistance and shaping". The equipment should be selected with strong crushing capacity and good shaping effect, and the process should be optimized to reduce the wear of equipment and improve the quality of finished products.
### Detailed Configuration Scheme
Process Flow: Primary crushing → secondary crushing → tertiary shaping → screening → aggregate optimization
Core Equipment:
1. Primary Crushing: 1 set of large jaw crusher (model C6X160), feeding size ≤650mm, processing capacity 300-400TPH, high crushing ratio, wear-resistant liner, suitable for crushing large granite blocks.
2. Secondary Crushing: 2 sets of hydraulic cone crushers (model HP300), feeding size ≤190mm, processing capacity 110-445TPH per unit, strong crushing capacity, can process materials into ≤30mm particles, and has good wear resistance.
3. Tertiary Shaping: 1 set of impact crusher (model VSI6X), feeding size ≤30mm, processing capacity 180-350TPH, adopting rock-on-rock crushing principle, shaping effect is good, the needle flake content of finished products is ≤4%.
4. Screening & Aggregate Optimization: 4 sets of 3-layer high-efficiency vibrating screens, screening efficiency ≥95%; 1 set of aggregate optimization system, adjusting the particle size distribution of finished products, improving the quality of aggregate.
Supporting Equipment: 1 set of vibrating feeder, 8 sets of belt conveyors, 20 sets of pulse dust collectors, 1 set of intelligent control system.
