Regarding repairs, parts must be inspected and replaced periodically, and routine maintenance should be performed. When crushing harder materials, equipment wear becomes more pronounced. Therefore, for frequently worn components of cone crushers, detailed service life records must be established to clearly understand the equipment’s operational limits. The cone crusher can be started only after confirming that there is no material in the crushing chamber.
