To achieve better results, the company will configure the following equipment for the client: one 1500+6000 feeder, one 1000+1200 jaw crusher, one 250S single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, two 5x2460 screens, two 5x1145 screens, two 5x2760 screens, one DMC dust collector, one NE300 elevator, and two 1500-ton finished product tanks.

The production line uses fully enclosed equipment, with a dust concentration of <10 mg, ensuring cleanliness and environmental friendliness, fully meeting the requirements of steel mills. Meanwhile, the production line can produce two specifications of finished products, which greatly improves the utilization rate of materials and production efficiency. In addition, the 4-8 cm material in the finished product has a multi-faceted shape, which meets the requirement of less waste generated by the downstream vertical kiln calcination.
