The PEW1100 jaw crusher is a highly efficient crushing equipment with a large feed opening, suitable for processing materials of varying hardness, especially ores and rocks with a compressive strength of no more than 280 MPa.

The HST315 cone crusher is known for its integrated hydraulic, electrical, automated, and intelligent control technologies. It is suitable for medium, fine, and ultra-fine crushing, offering advantages such as high crushing efficiency, low production costs, and convenient maintenance and adjustment.
Copper ore crushing process flow chart:
Copper ore is fed into the PEW1100 jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The material is then transported to an HPT315 hydraulic cone crusher for further secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the material undergoes fine crushing in two HST315 cone crushers. Finally, the crushed copper ore is screened by two vibrating screens to ensure high-quality particle size of the final product and to separate the finished product. The entire process is efficient and precise, guaranteeing the quality of copper ore processing.
