To meet local demand for sand and gravel aggregates, Suqian, Jiangsu Province, is building a 2 million-ton-per-year sand and gravel production line. The main configuration is as follows:

Main Equipment Selection:

1. Jaw Crusher: This is a device used for the initial crushing of large materials, using two jaw plates to crush the material. In this configuration, a C6X125 jaw crusher is used.

2. Cone Crusher: Cone crushers come in various types, including multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. This configuration uses an HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and an HST250 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, typically used for further crushing medium-sized materials produced by the jaw crusher.

3. Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher: This is a high-efficiency medium-fine crusher that crushes materials using high-speed rotating hammers. In this configuration, a VSI6X1150 vertical shaft impact crusher is used.

4. Feeder: The feeder is used to evenly feed materials into the crusher. In this configuration, an F5X model feeder is used.

5. Vibrating Screen: The vibrating screen is used to screen the crushed material to separate stones or sand of different sizes. In this configuration, three S5X3075 model vibrating screens are used.

6. Sand Washing Machine: The sand washing machine is used to clean sand and gravel, removing impurities and mud.

7. Wastewater Treatment Equipment: This equipment is used to treat wastewater generated during the production process, ensuring compliance with environmental protection requirements.
