4. Sand Making and Shaping Stage


The material crushed by the cone crusher is screened again. Material larger than 40mm is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing to ensure that the particle size meets the requirements. Material smaller than 40mm enters the sand making machine regulating bin and undergoes shaping and sand making through 3 5X1145 sand making machines. The selection of the sand making machine fully considers the shape and particle size requirements of the product, ensuring that the final product particle size is below 28mm.
