Mongolia is rich in gold ore resources, mostly with low original grade and complex ore properties. Local mining enterprises lack professional mineral processing technology and systematic equipment matching, resulting in low gold recovery rate and serious waste of mineral resources for a long time.
SMP undertook a full-set EPC turnkey gold ore beneficiation project in Mongolia, providing one-stop services including project design, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, commissioning and staff training. The project adopts staged crushing and flotation separation process, with C6X jaw crusher and hydraulic cone crusher as the core crushing equipment.
The optimized gold ore beneficiation process effectively improves monomer dissociation degree of gold minerals, greatly increasing concentrate grade and recovery rate. All equipment is optimized for Mongolia’s high-altitude and low-temperature environment, supporting stable winter continuous production without shutdown.

This EPC gold beneficiation project has become a local benchmark case, successfully activating low-grade gold ore resources and creating stable economic benefits for investors. The mature solution is also replicable for similar gold and precious metal ore projects in Central Asia and Africa.
