Design details:

This high-capacity crushing production line is efficiently operating at a hematite mine in Guangdong Province. After blasting, the hematite ore is transported by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the ore with a size of less than 1020 mm into the PE1200x1500 jaw crusher for the first stage of crushing. The size of the crushed material is approximately 150 to 300 mm.

After primary crushing, the ore is fed through a vibrating feeder into a HPT400 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The cone crusher effectively crushes the material, achieving finer fractions.

Then the crushed material is sorted and screened on a YZS2160 circular vibrating screen. Material larger than 40 mm is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing, while material smaller than 40 mm is fed by a belt conveyor to a 5X1145 sand shaping machine.

The finished product, which is now shaped, is then sorted and screened again on a circular vibrating screen, after which it is transported by a belt conveyor to the finished product area.
