The Sand and Gravel Producers Network recently reported that Guangdong Province has again put up for sale three sand and gravel quarries with total resource reserves of approximately 44 million tons and an annual production volume of approximately 5 million tons. The lease term is 6 to 12 years. These three quarries are located in Wuchuan, Yangjiang, and Meizhou, Guangdong Province, respectively. The lowest resource price is 5.8 yuan/cubic meter.

The auction term is 9 years and 3 months, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 cubic meters. The starting price is 59.31 million yuan. The resource value is approximately 8.6 yuan per cubic meter. Online bidding for the sale of mining rights will be held from 8:30 AM on July 4, 2024 to 10:00 AM on July 18, 2024.

A limestone mine for cement production in Meizhou, Guangdong Province, is for sale. The resource value is 13.8 yuan per ton. The recoverable reserves of cement-grade limestone at the Datanghu-Dashihu deposit in the Xinpu Township mining area of Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, amount to 2.0053 million tons, and the reserves of dolomitic limestone are 1.5393 million tons. The projected annual production capacity is 850,000 tons (700,000 tons/year of cement limestone and 150,000 tons/year of dolomitic limestone). The lease term is 12 years, the starting price is 6.11 million yuan, which implies a payment to the original owner of the mining rights of 42.2832 million yuan. The resource value is approximately 13.7 yuan/ton. The online registration period is from July 5, 2024 to 9:00 AM on July 19, 2024, and the bidding will take place from 9:00 AM on July 19.
