How to prevent dust during the production of high-quality aggregates in a sand and gravel plant?

Dust pollution is easily generated during the production of high-quality aggregates in sand and gravel plants.  If sand washing is required, it can also cause water pollution and other problems. The following measures can be taken to address dust pollution:

I. Sealing of production equipment. High-quality aggregate production equipment adopts a fully sealed structural design, and enhanced dust removal design schemes are implemented to achieve environmental protection.

II. Use of dust collectors and fine sand recovery devices. The selection of dust removal devices in the dry sand production process can effectively reduce dust pollution.  A fine sand recovery device can also be installed to effectively prevent the loss of fine sand and increase the yield of finished fine sand.

III. Installation of dust emission concentration testers to monitor dust emission concentration at all times.

IV. Use of hardened road surfaces and sprinkler cleaning operations. The transportation roads in the sand and gravel plant should be hardened and equipped with sprinkler systems.  Personnel can be organized to perform intermittent sprinkler cleaning.
