This production line mainly uses associated minerals obtained during limestone mining for cement production as raw materials. Solution Selection
Faced with the challenge of crushing soft rocks such as limestone, the project team conducted in-depth research and on-site inspections, ultimately choosing a solution using a jaw crusher + impact crusher. Although this solution has a slightly higher investment cost, it effectively avoids the problems associated with a high crushing ratio, excessive amount of fine fractions, and low productivity characteristic of solutions using hammer crushers, and also reduces the higher energy consumption and operating costs for wear parts characteristic of a solution using an impact crusher + impact crusher.
Technological process
The production line uses a complete technological process, including eight main stages: a jaw crusher system for construction aggregate and artificial sand, sludge removal, screening and transportation, an impact crusher system for fine crushing of construction aggregate and artificial sand, a primary screening system, a secondary screening system, a vertical shaft impact crusher system for artificial sand, a powder selection and transportation system, and a storage and loading system.
Each stage is equipped with modern equipment and technologies to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the production process. At the same time, thanks to the rational design of the technological process, maximum utilization of raw materials and diversified product output are achieved.
