Potassium feldspar grinding process flow

Potassium feldspar milling is generally divided into four types : potassium feldspar coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and ultra-fine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and fine powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ).

The bulk material of potassium feldspar is crushed by crusher to the fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill. The crushed small pieces of potassium feldspar material are sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical roller mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultrafine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill.

The material after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to the host for regrinding.

The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
