A project for crushing tuff and producing sand in Shibang, Gansu, Lanzhou, with a capacity of 500 tons per hour.

From the very beginning, the project in Lanzhou, Gansu, adhered to the concept of developing a "green mine," prioritizing scientific mining methods, efficient resource utilization, environmentally friendly production processes, and an environmentally sound mining environment. Its main objective was to ensure the supply of materials for infrastructure construction projects on the Qingfu, Fuku, S341, and Lubai expressways.

Due to the unique climatic and geographical conditions of the plateau, as well as the processing challenges associated with easily weathered and non-uniform tuff, the project utilized crushing and screening equipment from Shibang Group, including the C6X jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and S5X vibrating screen. This ensured that the shape and particle size distribution of the finished product met high standards. After completion and commissioning, the project not only effectively guaranteed the supply of sand and gravel for projects such as the expansion and reconstruction of the G30 Lianyungang-Khorgos expressway and the Fuku project, but also met the material needs of newly launched highway projects and other local infrastructure projects, making a significant contribution to the development of the "white materials" industry of the Gansu transportation construction group and the development of the local economy.
