Slag grinding technology
At present, slag grinding technology roughly : 1. Slag and clinker, gypsum grinding ; 2.slag single grinding, and then mixed with clinker, gypsum powder into cement ; 3.Slag single pre-grinding, then grinding with clinker and gypsum. However, due to the use of the first grinding technology, the slag is easy to concentrate in the coarse powder, and only plays the role of admixture. The single grinding slag can not only produce high specific surface area slag powder, but also energy saving is very obvious.

1.Can give full play to the activity of slag. As we all know, the hydration reaction of slag lags behind that of cement. In order to achieve the purpose of synchronous hydration of cement and slag, it is necessary to control the fineness of non-ceramic materials in order to give full play to the activity of slag. Moreover, the hardness and wear resistance of slag are very different from those of cement. If the slag cannot reach the ideal fineness, it will cause the slag to contribute little to the early strength of cement, resulting in low early strength of concrete and its products and little development potential. The use of slag as a filler cannot give full play to its activity and waste resources.
2.can give full play to the activity of cement, avoid over grinding phenomenon. Due to the high hardness of slag, it is difficult to grind. If the ideal fineness of slag is to be achieved, it is necessary to cause over-grinding of cement clinker, so that the early strength of cement is large, but the development potential is small, and the 28-day strength is low. This also requires us to use separate grinding method.
3.Reduce costs and achieve diversification of finished products. Whether the slag can not be fully utilized or the phenomenon of over-grinding of cement is bound to cause waste of resources and increase the cost of finished products. If the method of separate grinding can reduce costs, and the particles of cement and slag powder can be arbitrarily adjusted to meet more requirements, to achieve particle size distribution, to achieve the diversification of finished products.
