The Jiaxing construction stone crushing line is equipped with advanced equipment, ensuring high production efficiency and high quality of finished products. The production line is equipped with several advanced products from Shibang Group, including the F5X feeder, HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X sand making machine, and S5X vibrating screen. The main equipment composition of this production line is presented below:

Feeder: This equipment ensures the uniform feeding of ore into the crushing equipment, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line.

Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: Thanks to multi-stage crushing and efficient screening, it is able to crush large pieces of ore into sand and gravel of the required size, increasing crushing efficiency and the quality of the finished product.

Impact crusher: Optimized and configured based on existing technological processes to achieve ideal operating efficiency and produce high-quality artificial sand with excellent particle shape.

Screening equipment: responsible for classifying and sieving crushed sand and gravel to ensure uniform particle size and stable quality of the finished product.

Innovative technological improvements to increase productivity and quality: Considering the customer's requirements for increased productivity while maintaining the quality of the finished aggregate, as well as the high compressive strength and difficulty of crushing tuff in the raw material, Shibang's technical staff, after numerous technical modifications and demonstrations, increased the operating speed of the sand production equipment on the production line by 15%. This innovative technological improvement significantly increased the efficiency of sand production per unit of time. In addition, the technical staff optimized and configured the impact crusher to achieve ideal operating efficiency corresponding to the current production line mode.

Practice has shown that these innovative technological improvements have significantly increased the proportion of artificial sand in the sand and gravel products, and the finished crushed stone has become more rounded and of higher quality compared to previous upgrades, achieving both increased productivity and quality, and winning high recognition from customers.

Thanks to the successful commissioning of the construction aggregate crushing line in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Transportation Group has taken a significant step in developing its mining network in northern Zhejiang.
