Process Flow of the Aggregate Production Line

An aggregate production line is a system for processing aggregates, and its process is as follows: Aggregates enter the feed hopper and are then evenly distributed to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder. Here, large rock pieces undergo primary crushing, forming smaller fragments. Subsequently, these fragments are conveyed by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing. After crushing, the material is again conveyed by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen, where it is sorted into different sizes.

Larger particles are conveyed by a belt conveyor to a sand-making machine for fine crushing. The finely crushed material is then returned via a belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for further screening, creating a closed-loop, multi-cycle process. The particle size of the final product can be adjusted and graded according to customer requirements. To protect the environment, dust removal and noise reduction equipment can be installed.
