What is the grinding process of coal

Coal grinding is generally divided into coarse powder processing ( 0-3mm ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), ultra-fine powder processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ) four types.

The bulk coal is crushed by a crusher to a feed fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill. The crushed small coal is sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Vertical coal mill, MTW European version mill and 5X European version intelligent mill can be selected for fine powder processing. Ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultrafine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill.

The pulverized coal after grinding is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for regrinding.
The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
