Dolomite Crushing and Pulverizing Equipment
Overview of the Dolomite Crushing and Screening Process

The dolomite pulverizing process primarily comprises four distinct stages: coarse powder processing (0–3 mm), fine powder processing (20–400 mesh), ultrafine powder deep processing (400–1250 mesh), and micropowder processing (1250–3250 mesh).
Stage 1: Crushing
Large blocks of raw dolomite are fed into a crusher to reduce their size, ensuring they meet the required feed fineness (15–50 mm) for entry into the pulverizing mill.
Stage 2: Pulverizing
The crushed dolomite fragments are transported via an elevator to a storage silo. From there, a vibrating feeder delivers the material uniformly and quantitatively into the grinding chamber of the mill for pulverization. For the fine powder processing stage, equipment such as the LM Vertical Roller Mill, MTW European-style Mill, or TGM Super-pressure Trapezium Mill is typically selected; conversely, the ultrafine powder processing stage typically employs the LUM Ultrafine Vertical Mill or the MW Ring-Roller Micropowder Mill.
Stage 3: Classification
The pulverized material undergoes classification within an air classifier. Any powder that fails to meet the required fineness specifications is separated by the classifier and returned to the main mill unit for further grinding.
Stage 4: Powder Collection
Powder that meets the specified fineness requirements is carried by the airflow through a pipeline, where it is separated and collected by a separator. The collected finished powder is then transported via a conveying system to a finished product silo, where it is subsequently packaged using specialized powder tanker trucks or automatic packaging machines.
This precise and highly efficient dolomite crushing and screening process ensures the meticulous processing of dolomite at every stage, thereby guaranteeing a supply of high-quality raw materials for its diverse industrial applications.
