Technological scheme for granite sand production:

Granite processing typically involves several stages to ensure the quality and suitability of the final product. First, the granite is fed into a jaw crusher using a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. This stage mainly crushes large pieces of granite into smaller particles for subsequent processing.

However, the particle size after primary crushing may still not meet the requirements for feeding the sand making equipment. Therefore, a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used for further crushing the material after primary crushing to obtain a finer particle size.

After secondary crushing, the medium and fine materials are screened using a circular vibrating screen. During the screening process, stones that meet the size requirements for the sand making machine are sent to the granite sand making machine for sand production, while other materials that do not meet the requirements are returned to the fine crushing stage for further crushing.

In the sand making machine, the granite undergoes further crushing and is turned into sand.
