Process flow diagram is as follows:

River pebble raw materials are first fed into the PEW860 for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the crushed raw materials enter the regulating hopper. Next, these raw materials are conveyed by belt conveyor to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST250 for secondary crushing. The crushed raw materials again enter the regulating hopper and are then conveyed by belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening.

After screening, raw materials larger than 40mm are rejected, while raw materials smaller than 40mm enter the impact crusher VSI5X-1145 for fine crushing to produce 0-5mm high-quality sand. This is the entire processing flow.

Main Equipment Introduction:

Combining "stone-on-stone" and "stone-on-iron" techniques, this method is suitable for various materials such as basalt, river pebbles, and bluestone.
