Project Background


To thoroughly implement the ecological civilization concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," better strengthen river management, improve the urban and rural water environment, and give full play to the comprehensive benefits of rivers and lakes, the Zhejiang Suichang 500 tons/hour river dredging comprehensive utilization project was built against this background. To better achieve harmonious development between green ecology and economic benefits, after extensive research, Shibang Customized's process design, crushing equipment, and installation services were ultimately selected.


Process Steps


Raw materials are unloaded into the raw material silo by dump trucks and undergo pre-screening. The fine natural sand from this screening is sent to the natural sand workshop for storage. Materials larger than 120mm are fed into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the material enters the medium and fine crushing workshop where it undergoes medium crushing by a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Material larger than 31.5mm from the screening is returned to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, forming a closed-circuit crushing and screening cycle system. The 5-31.5mm material from the medium and fine crushing is evenly fed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher for shaping and sand making. Finally, after screening, four finished materials are obtained: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm. Wastewater generated during the wet process is treated in a sludge treatment workshop to ensure that the production process meets environmental standards while achieving resource recycling.
