CS240 Spring Cone Crusher:
Features: Uses a spring as an overload protection mechanism. When the material in the crushing chamber is too large or encounters an uncrushable object, the spring allows the crushing cone to move downwards, thus avoiding equipment damage.
Applications: Suitable for crushing medium to high hardness materials, such as limestone, granite, basalt, etc.
HST315 Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher (2 units):
Features: Uses a hydraulic cylinder for clearing and adjustment. When the crusher encounters uncrushable material, the hydraulic cylinder can quickly lift the crushing cone, releasing the obstructing material. Additionally, the hydraulic system is used to adjust the size of the crusher's discharge opening.
Applications: Suitable for crushing materials of various hardnesses, especially suitable for processing sticky materials or materials containing a large amount of moisture.
VSI5X1145 Sand Making Machine (3 units):
Features: Uses a high-speed rotating rotor to throw the material, which is crushed by colliding with the rotor, other materials, and impact plates, thus producing sand particles. This crushing method produces sand particles with good shape and uniform particle size.
Applications: Mainly used for producing construction sand, roadbed materials, etc. Suitable for medium-hardness materials, such as limestone and dolomite.
